Call Clearance
For Retell customers

Check every number before your Retell agent dials it.

Call Clearance sits in front of your Retell outbound calls. Opt-outs, consent on file and calling hours in 25 states are checked on every call from day one; the Do Not Call registries and known-litigator check switch on as each list is set up (see what runs today). Every call gets a sealed Call Record. On allow, the call goes out through your own Retell account. On block, nothing is dialed.

1. Connect

  1. Create your account (no card).
  2. On the dashboard, under Connect your voice AI, pick Retell and paste your Retell API key. It is stored encrypted and used only to place calls you send.
  3. Pick the number calls go out from.

2. Route the dial

  1. Wherever you create calls today (a script, Make, Zapier, your CRM), send them to api.callclearance.com/v1/call instead, with the client ID and the number.
  2. Point Retell's end-of-call webhook at your Call Clearance call hook so "stop calling me" on a call blocks the number everywhere within seconds.

3. Prove it

  1. Every check writes a Call Record: the answer, every check and its source, the consent in the person's words, the seal.
  2. Records are chained, published daily and timestamped on Bitcoin. Anyone can verify one at api.callclearance.com/verify.
  3. Each client is its own business on your account; white-label records on Agency and up.

Setup takes about five minutes: the setup guide walks through it. Questions go to [email protected] and a person answers.

Call Clearance is independent software. Retell is a trademark of its owner; no affiliation or endorsement is implied. Which checks have data behind them today is on the coverage page. Offer terms: new accounts only, one per company, card required at checkout, renews at $49 after 30 days unless cancelled.
